Thanksgiving splendor.

There is so much to be thankful for at this time of year.  Youthful memories of harvest time, thanksgiving feasts, Halloween and changing colors and seasons were swirling  through my head as we walked along the Meewasin Trail this morning.  The sky was dramatic and provided a nice backdrop for the colorful leaves still clinging to their hosts along the river’s edge. The city, the university and my own yard are still  awash in splendor despite the heavy winds out of the North today.
